Terms of Service for Rudi Dueck Photography Last Updated: [10/15/2023]

1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging in any business transaction or collaboration with Rudi Dueck Photography, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Rudi Dueck Photography and the client, hereinafter referred to as “Client” or “You.”

2. Services Offered Rudi Dueck Photography offers a range of nature photography services, including but not limited to: • Photography sessions • Licensing of photographs • Prints and merchandise Specific details, pricing, and availability are subject to negotiation and will be outlined in individual agreements.

3. Copyright and Usage Rudi Dueck Photography retains all copyrights to the photographs taken, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate licensing agreement. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal or promotional purposes, as agreed upon.

4. Payment and Pricing Payment terms and pricing will be established on a case-by-case basis and detailed in the corresponding invoice. A deposit may be required to secure services, with the balance due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur additional fees or affect future collaborations.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a photography session, please provide at least [15] days’ notice. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances. Rudi Dueck Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability While every effort is made to capture high-quality and compelling photographs, Rudi Dueck Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that Rudi Dueck Photography is unable to fulfill their obligations, a refund or rescheduling option will be discussed.

7. Privacy and Consent Client privacy is a top priority. Rudi Dueck Photography will not share personal information without prior consent. In cases where photography involves identifiable individuals, the Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate model releases.

8. Client Responsibilities The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time for sessions, and cooperating during photography sessions. Any costs related to location access, permits, or other expenses are the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
